Client’s dog ran out of the house when their child opened the door. The dog allegedly knocked the complainant over. Complainant called the police claiming bodily injury and a poorly behaved dog. Facts were always in dispute.

Finally, the week before trial, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case in exchange for payment of the alleged victim’s medical bills. The case was dismissed on the date of trial and Client’s record is sealed.
