Client hit an unoccupied parked car and allegedly fled the scene. Police followed a trail of fluid to their home, where they found and towed the vehicle. Client retained Mr. Krizman, who worked with the detective to make sure Client didn’t get arrested out of nowhere.

He then coordinated the acceptance of a summons and avoided Client being arrested at all. Client received a ticket for Careless Driving and Duty Upon Striking Unattended Vehicle. Once the case was filed with the Court, Mr. Krizman reviewed the discovery in search of potential mistakes made by the cops or other trial-related issues.

Client was facing a potential license revocation and, in the end, pleaded only to careless driving. Client must complete 12 hours of community service but is not on probation and has no other sentencing requirements.
