Our client was charged with a DUI in rural Southwestern Colorado. The problem was: our client was not arrested, had not committed a DUI, and hadn’t been driving in rural Southwestern Colorado at all. A completely different person with the exact same name was.

What we thought was going to be relatively easy ended up being a giant morass of bureaucracy and nonsense, but at the end of the day, our client got absolute justice in everything we asked for.
