Client was accused of going to their ex-spouse’s house while intoxicated, upset over a custody arrangement with their child. Client was alleged to have taken a knife to their ex-spouse’s head after a disagreement. While Client is here legally, they are not a citizen. As such, the charges the Client was facing would result in them being deported.
