Client was accused of threatening and stalking people who used to live in their community. However, Client did not know these people, nor did they have any reason to do what was alleged. After a review of the “evidence” the prosecution supposedly had on the Client, it was clear that the alleged victims were pointing the finger based on race.

There were alternate suspects, holes in the identification of Client, and no reasonable chance of a conviction at trial. Mr. Krizman made it clear to the prosecutor that the allegations were racially motivated and that Client was not interested in a plea bargain. After threatening trial, the prosecutor moved to dismiss, and Mr. Krizman immediately got the record sealed.
