Client was found in violation of a protection order against their spouse. Due to the status of their civil divorce pleadings, the alleged victim refused to cooperate with the Client to get the case dismissed in order to gain leverage with the divorce. The Client contained Krizman Law to ensure that their rights were being upheld and that the criminal case did not interfere with their separation.
Krizman Law immediately began extensive investigation into the background between the Client and the alleged victim and was able to uncover evidence that suggested that the Client was a victim of an abusive relationship. Armed with that evidence, Mr. Krizman was able to convince the state to drop the charges, and as a result, the case was dismissed.
